Product information

Hives.ro makes every effort to present the colours, sizes, dimensions and product descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to the large volume of data, there may be some inaccuracies in the product information. Also, the colours you see on the monitor may differ from the actual colours of the products.

Orders

There is no minimum order requirement. All prices shown on the website are in RON and include VAT. The prices shown do not include transport charges. These charges will be shown separately on the fiscal invoice.

The fiscal invoice is issued according to the Romanian legislation in force and is sent together with the ordered products to the delivery address. Orders placed on weekdays before 4pm Romania time will be dispatched within one working day. Dispatching means preparing the goods and handing them over to courier companies for delivery.

According to the laws in force, the order made on this website is considered a contract between the user and FAROSTUP SRL and must be executed by both parties. This means that FAROSTUP Ltd. is required to deliver the products and services ordered and the user is obliged to pay for the order.

We reserve the right to change the prices displayed on the website when we deem it necessary. 

FAROSTUP SRL uses the services of other companies, e.g. for transport, payment, etc. The responsibility for these services lies entirely with the service providers. It is the user’s responsibility to know and accept the terms and conditions of these companies before using these services.

Delivery policy

Delivery is by Fan Courier or DPD – the customer chooses the courier company when placing the order. By DPD the shipping fee is calculated according to the weight of the parcel. By Fan Courier the shipping amount will be communicated to the customer after placing the order.

Delivery time is 1-2 working days from the date of placing the order.

The delivery charge may change if the customer’s address is not within the delivery area of the courier company.

Return policy

All product images presented on the website are indicative and are customised on request according to the customer’s order, which is why they are exempt from the right of return/withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 of GEO 34/2014 for distance contracts and off-premises contracts.
The customer has the right to cancel the order within a maximum of 7 working days after the invoice has been issued or, as the case may be, after receipt of the goods. The money will be transferred back to the customer within 48 hours from the date of return. The cost of return is borne by the customer.

User registration

For the creation of your customer account you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as specified on the forms.

If we consider that this obligation is not met, we reserve the right to block your access to our services without prior notice, for a fixed or indefinite period.

Logging in as a member on this site involves choosing a username and password. Keeping your password secure is your responsibility and you are fully responsible for the consequences of any activity carried out using your password.

You agree to notify us immediately of any loss of your password or any signs of unauthorized activity under your username.

Privacy of personal data

Stupi.ro is committed to strictly respecting the confidentiality of its customers’ data and undertakes not to transmit this personal data to third parties.

The data requested on this site are: name, surname, telephone number, address and e-mail address. When you want to place an order online, you will be asked for the delivery address, billing address and payment method.

The user’s personal data may be used by Stupi.ro only for the stated purpose of this site, i.e. for the confirmation and delivery of the order to the user.

Copyright

The website and all its elements (web graphics, text, software, etc.) are protected by copyright law. The use of any element contained in this site without our consent is punishable under the laws in force. We remind you that all Farostup products are covered by a patent as well as a utility model.

Limitation of liability

As a result of the legislation in force, the shop has no responsibility in this respect:

  • delays in delivery due to supplier, courier or other reasons.
  • damage, destruction or loss occurring during carriage to the consignee, for which the carrier is responsible.
  • incorrect information provided by the buyer. It has the possibility to correct the personal data in the account created on the site at any time.
  • the possibility of contacting viruses by accessing this shop or by receiving informational or promotional e-mails.
  • inconvenience caused by interrupted access to the shop due to the Internet Service Provider (ISP).
  • the content or nature of the sites through which a customer links to the shop.

We reserve the right to refuse an order at any time during the ordering process for a number of reasons, including:

  • the product ordered is not in stock
  • identifying an error in product information, including price or a promotional offer.

If there are any problems with an order we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

Final provisions

We reserve the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions, as well as any changes to the site, without prior notice to users.
